All our outfits are handcrafted by local artisans, so they require special care when washing.
Recommended Care: Dry cleaning is recommended for all our garments.
Hand Washing Instructions: If dry cleaning is not possible, you may gently wash the garment by soaking it in plain water for 3–4 minutes.
Important Wash Rules:
Do not use any detergent.
Do not soak the clothes in water for an extended period.
Always perform the first wash separately from other clothes, whether you dry clean or water wash.
Wash light-colored and dark-colored clothes separately.
Tailoring Tip: Before handing the fabric over to the tailor for stitching, iron it thoroughly and give it a light wash with plain water.
Special Fabrics (Muslin, Embroidery, & Karchupi): These garments must only be dry cleaned.
Drying Precaution: If you choose to water wash, ensure that different colored fabrics do not overlap or rest against each other while drying. Wet dark-colored fabrics may bleed onto wet light-colored ones, so please take extra care.
